PURPOSE:To obtain a health food easy to take, by mixing viper powder with just ground Japanese pepper powder to eliminate the offensive fishy taste inherent in viper. CONSTITUTION:Viper powder obtained by grinding viper baked in a covered casserole is mixed with pref. 0.5-3wt.% of Japanese pepper powder (just after grinding dried Japanese pepper, pref. within 3min after grinding it) to obtain the objective health food. |
