PURPOSE: To obtain a doll which interests a child for a long period of time by responding inter-actively to a speech and a touch made by a human being and which responds especially when kissed and spoken to by a child, thus enabling the child to learn and study. CONSTITUTION: The doll 100 is equipped with a head 102 having a kissing switch 106 and a trunk 104 and by a touch of a child through kissing to the doll 100, a power-on switch 108 is operational. By switching the switch 108 on, a microprocessor and a speech synthesizer 110 operate, causing a speaker 114 to speak by means of an electric amplifier/filter 116 and to detect the presence of a voice of the speaker 114 by means of a hearing amplifier 120. It detects a speech made by a human voice to which it responds, directs the sound in partial rows to the next sound within the current step and directs the sounds in row to the first sound of the next step at the end of each step, enabling to request the selected touch. |
