<p>PURPOSE:To alleviate a time for inspecting parts of a boiler and to prevent an accident such as damage of a tube by detecting temperatures of the parts of the boiler and specifying detected positions. CONSTITUTION:An optical fiber 46 is laid while winding at a bend material storage vessel 24 in a pressure vessel 22, an inner exhaust gas tube 26 and external exhaust gas tubes 28, 32, connected at both ends to a detector body 42 to introduce a laser pulse light into the fiber 46, a backward scattering light 18 of Raman scattering of an anti-Stakes' light in the fiber 46 is received by the body, A/D-converted, and averaged. A ground point in which an unusual temperature occurs in the fiber 46, i.e., unusual temperature occurring points of the vessel 24, the tubes 26, 28, 32 are specified and the temperatures are detected.</p> |
