<p>PURPOSE:To freely raise and lower a cage and withdraw the cage onto a floor by holding the cage for a cable shifted in circulation, by a holding device consisting of a pair of sprockets which can be attached and separated, in an high speed vertical transport device which is suitable for a super multi-storied building and the large depth underground. CONSTITUTION:Three driven pulleys 2 and a driving pulley 2' are arranged at each apex point of rectangular shape on the same vertical surface, and a cable 1 is wound so as to externally contact the puiley, and circulation shift performed. A cage 3 is raised and lowered integrally with the cable 1, by nipping-holding the cable 1 from both the sides of a nipping holding driving device 4, and the nipping holding driving device 4 is equipped with a pair of sprockets 7 which can rotate in the normal and reverse directions and is arranged so as to contact and separate each other on both the sides of the cable 1. During the rising operation of the cage 3, decelration is performed by reversely revolving the sprocket 7 when the cage 3 reaches the vicinity of a necessary floor, and if the cage arrives at the floor 5, the cage 3 is received by driving a transfer device 6, and withdrawn onto the floor 5.</p> |
