<p>PURPOSE:To provide a membrane gas drier wherein temperatures of dehumidified gas can be detected with ease without complicating the construction of the drier. CONSTITUTION:In a membrane gas drier 10 wherein water-vapor mixed gas A and dehumidifying purge gas are caused to flow through a water-vapor permeable membrane to selectively separate the water vapor in the gas A on the side of the purge gas, whereby dehumidified gas B is obtained, which gas B is delivered from a dehumidified gas passage 18, a temperature indicating piece 14 whose color is changed corresponding to temperature is disposed so as to come into contact with the dehumidified gas in the passage 18 and transparent window is provided to enable a view of the piece 14 from outside.</p> |
