<p>PURPOSE:To improve strength by kneading a mixture of a specific glass waste sand raw material incorporated with pulp and one part of a concrete material with the residual concrete material and molding by the centrifugal force below a specific G value. CONSTITUTION:The glass waste sand raw material having <=10mm particle diameter is prepared by incorporating 1-2% pulp into the glass waste sand having 6000-9000m<2>/g specific surface area and >=80wt.% (hereafter, %) SiO2 content to make a concretion and pulverizing. Next, the glass waste sand raw material of 5-30% to a cement of the concrete material containing the cement, a fine aggregate, a coarse aggregate and water by internal substraction is kneaded with 25-75% coarse aggregate per the total quantity of the aggregate and 40-60% water per the total quantity of water. A concrete molded body is obtained by kneading the primary mixture with the residual concrete material, adding and kneading 1-2% high performance water reducing agent to the cement and the glass waste sand and after that, tampering and molding by <30 G centrifugal force to suppress the discharge of slag. The high strength concrete product is obtained by aging the molded body under atmospheric or a high pressure at a high temp.</p> |
