PURPOSE:To provide a roller bearing holder by which abrasion or separation or a crack or the like is not caused even if it is used in a high temperature and/or corrosive environment such as a fused zinc bath or the like. CONSTITUTION:A base material of a holder 5 of a bearing 1 having an inner ring 2, an outer ring 3 and a rolling body 4 is formed of transition metal having corrosion resistance to fused zinc and a thermal expansion coefficient close to a ceramics material and heat resistance, and an abrasion resistant material 9 composed of a ceramics material is formed discontinuously on a sliding surface of the holder. Thereby, even if a holder 5 incorporated ceramic roller bearing is exposed in a high temperature and/or highly corrosive environment such as a fused zinc bath, separation or a crack of the abrasion resistant material 9 of the holder can be prevented. |
