摘要 PURPOSE:To improve running feeling during shifting from a running condition to a cargo handling condition by offsetting target vehicle speed for correcting based on an offset amount obtained from difference between vehicle speed and target vehicle speed during cargo handling and running. CONSTITUTION:An engine 1 drives a hydraulic pump 92 for cargo handling which supplies operation oil to a hydraulic cylinder 91 for driving a cargo handling member 90, and a variable pump/motor 2 which variably drives a driving wheel 7. By varying a discharge volume of the pump/motor 2 by means of transmission ratio adjusting members 14, 32, speed of vehicle is controlled to be a target value. In this case, vehicle speed and target vehicle speed are calculated by means of a calculation means 62 based on the detection results of a vehicle speed detection means 56 and an accelerator opening detection means 42. During cargo handling and running, difference between the vehicle speed and the target vehicle speed is obtained, and the resultant difference is set as an offset amount. The target vehicle speed is offset based on the offset amount, and the corrected target vehicle speed is calculated.
