PURPOSE:To surely and fully apply batter coating as far as possibly to whole surface area of a raw material by feeding a fresh raw material such as prawn for fry battered by a pressing device of a conveyer onto the conveyer. CONSTITUTION:A food for fry batter-coated by a sieve conveyer 58 of string conveyer is separated from excess grain flour by sieving and then re-fed to a coating conveyer 12 and the food for fry of semi-product after being batter- coated is fed to the next freezing process, etc., by a carrying conveyer. Total surface of batter uniformly applied to the food for fry is covered with grain flour kept in a bread crumbs-erecting state and soft coating is carried out by a press roller and extending roller. As a result, handle and taste similar to handmade fried food can be enjoyed by this fried food. |
