PLURAL LAYER COEXTRUDED SIMULTANEOUSLY BIAXIALLY ORIENTED FILM AND MANUFACTURE THEREOF

PURPOSE:To obtain a plural layer coextruded simultaneously biaxially oriented film having excellent hot water shrinkage rate and heat seating strength. CONSTITUTION:A laminated coextruded sheet made of a nylon 6 layer, an adhesive resin layer and a linear low density polyethylene layer is simultaneously biaxially oriented at 800% or more of area orientation magnification while holding orientation ratios of lateral and longitudinal directions in a range of 0.5-1.5, and heat treated at 80-150 deg.C in a short time, thereby obtaining a film having hot water shrinkage factors of 15% or more in longitudinal and lateral directions and a heat sealing strength per 1mum of linear low density polyethylene of 250g/15mm or greater.
