PURPOSE:To obtain a seamless capsule withstanding long-term preservation, having a good outer shape and having an outer layer with a uniform particle size and uniform thickness by setting the viscosity of a curing soln. to a predetermined value and encapsulating an aqueous soln. CONSTITUTION:An internal soln. 1 to be encapsulated is sent to a multiple nozzle 7 having a double orifice under pressure from a tank 2 and an outer layer soln. 3 is sent to the multiple nozzle 7 under pressure from a tank 4. The internal soln. 1 to be encapsulated and the outer layer soln. 4 are injected into an aqueous curing soln. 10 from the double orifice and the entire periphery of the internal soln. 1 to be encapsulated is covered with the outer layer soln. 3. In this case, the viscosity of the aqueous curing soln. is set to 20-100mPa.s. When the viscosity is below 20mPa.s, the jet stream injected from the orifice becomes unstable to irregularly shake and liquid droplets becomes large or thickness irregularity is generated. When the viscosity exceeds 100mPa.s, the resistance received by the jet stream becomes large and it is impossible to set the flow speed of the jet stream to the speed corresponding to a practical production speed. |
