PURPOSE:To provide a shock sensing device without the necessity of the provision of a safety device by allowing a movable member to be automatically returned to its original position by the urging force of a spring after the application of a shock is released, even though the movable member is displaced by the application of a shock higher than a predetermined value during transportation before the installation thereof or during the installation. CONSTITUTION:A weight 2 is maintained under its initial condition at initial position where a stopper pin 2a abuts against an abutting surface 7a by the urging force of a spring 4 through the intermediary of a lever 3. When a shock G higher than a predetermined value is exerted in this condition, the weight 2 swings a pin 8 toward the center while it turns the lever 3 about a pin 9, overcoming the urging force of the spring 4. In this arrangement, the inertial moment of the weight 2 is added to the swing operation thereof, and accordingly, the weight 2 is not swung by an instant shock even higher than the predetermined value. That is, the weight 2 can be swung only by a shock which is more or less continued. Further, the weight 2 and the lever 3 are returned into its initial condition under the urging force of the spring 4 just after the time when the application of the shock is released. |
