PURPOSE:To obtain a supporting frame for packing box which is easy to carry, by a method wherein a cutin is provided from a side surface of at least either one of a vertical member or a lateral member of a corrugated board, so that the both members can be engaged with each other through the cutins to form a #-shaped structure, and a recess of a shape corresponding to an outline of a substance to be packed is formed on an upper surface of the #-shaped structure. CONSTITUTION:An internal flap 1a and an external flap 1b of an external box 1 are opened and a supporting frame 3 is put, in the box 1. A rectangular corner member C provided on each end of a vertical member 3a which forms the supporting frame 3 is arranged at four corners of the external box 1. In this state, a fuel tank 2 which is a substance to be packed is placed on the supporting frame 3. The fuel tank 2 is fitted into a recess 3d formed in an upper surface of the supporting frame 3 and positioned in the width direction. A the same time, the fuel tank 2 comes into contact with the inside of the corner member C at an end part in the longitudinal direction and positioned. On the fuel tank 2, an upper frame 4 is placed with a pillow part 4a directed downward, then a lid of the external box 1 is closed and fixed by an adhesive tape or a staple. The pillow part 4a, which is in contact with the upper surface of the fuel tank 2, works to prevent the fuel tank 2 from rising up. |
