PURPOSE: To obtain a manufacturing method of a disposable assembly body of an arthroscope probe that meets the required performances or that has much more performances relating to known treatments of arthroscopes, so excellent in the cost and effectiveness of an arthroscope that it can be discarded after use. CONSTITUTION: This method involves the following processes in which a linear image transmitting optical fiber 28 having a base 34 and a tip 46 is bent around a heated axial point, inclining the tip 46 against the base 34 and forming the image route 28 by installing a lens to the inclined tip of the image transmitting optical fiber 28. Further, the method includes the following stages; that is, the image route 28 is placed inside a hollow needle 12 having an opening base and an opening tip, an illumination route formed with optical fiber fluxes are placed within the hollow needle 12 in line with the image route and both routes are fixed by filling the hollow space with rigid packing materials 32 and 42. Finally, the needle is installed in the base 14 and the image transmitting route 28 and illumination optical fiber route are exposed. |
