PURPOSE:To provide an ethylene copolymer compsn. improved in moldability, mechanical strength and transparency, by using a specific ethylene-alpha-olefin copolymer and a specific olefin elastomer. CONSTITUTION:(A) 60-99wt.%, ethylene-3-20C alpha-olefin copolymer having a density (d) of 0.880 to 0.960g/cm<3>, a melt flow rate (MFR) of 0.01 to 200g/10min (measured under a load of 2.16 kg at 190 deg.C), a Tm vs. d relationship: Tm<400Xd-250 [wherein Tm ( deg.C) is a temp. at the maximum peak in an endothermic curve measured with a differential scanning calorimeter], an MT vs. MFR relationship: MT<=2.2XMFR<-0.84> [wherein MT (g) is a melt tension at 190 deg.C], etc., is blended with (B) 1-40wt.% olefin elastomer with d = at most 0.900g/cm<3> and MFR=0.01 to 100g/10min, provided that the B/A density ratio is at most 1. |
