PURPOSE:To enhance the productivity by molding an apparatus attaching member separately from the core material of an instrument panel main body and closing an opening part at the time of foam molding. CONSTITUTION:An attaching member 13 to which a device such as a meter is attached is molded separately from the core material 14 of an instrument panel main body 12 and the part corresponding to an opening part is closed at the time of foam molding. Therefore, it is unnecessary to bond a seal material considering the leakage of a foaming agent (e.g. urethane). Since the attaching member 13 is molded separately from the core material 14 of the instrument panel main body 12, the degree of freedom of the plan of the attaching member 13 can be widened without considering the demolding angle at the time of the molding of the core material 14. By this constitution, the productivity of an instrument panel 11 is enhanced. |
