PURPOSE:To obtain resin foam having a modified surface excellent in the compatibility with the resin foam and the adhesiveness with an adherend by arranging a surface modifying layer composed of a thermoplastic synthetic resin containing an inorg. filler on the surface of polyolefinic resin foam. CONSTITUTION:Polyolefinic resin foam 1 utilized as a cushion material is constituted by modifying the surface of the foam 1 by arranging a surface modifying layer 13 composed of a thermoplastic resin cetaining an inorg. filler to the single surface or both surfaces of the foam 1. In the production of the polyolefinic resin foam 1, the surface modifying layer 13 composed of the thermoplastic synthetic resin containing the inorg. filler is laminated to the single surface or both surfaces of a non-foamed crosslinked polyolefinic resin sheet 12 and the resin sheet 12 is foamed by heating and an acrylic resin self-adhesive layer 14 is laminated to the upper surface of the surface modifying layer 13. By this constitution, the resin foam 1 excellent in surface bonding strength utilizable as a heat-resistant self-adhesive tape is obtained. |
