PURPOSE:To manufacture an inexpensive sheet useful as a substitute for soft polyvinyl chloride sheet and having excellent flexibility, transparency, heat resistance and strength. CONSTITUTION:A resin composition containing (a) special radical polymerizable acid anhydride group-containing ethylene base copolymer, (b) polyvalent alcohol compound having two or more hydroxyl groups in a molecule, (c) reactive accelerator in such a manner that a molar ratio of hydroxyl group unit in the compound of the component (b) to a unit in terms of radical polymerizable acid anhydride in the component (a) is in a range of 0.01-10 and reactive accelerator of the component (c) is with a range of 0.001-20 100 pts.wt. of ethylene base copolymer of the component (a) is extrusion molded. |
