PURPOSE:To continuously and automatically perform the respective grinding and polishing of an uneven dissimilar surface to be machined such as a cast body and parts of faucet instruments. CONSTITUTION:A gear receiving plate 4 provided with an assembled gear 12 consisting of a plurality of semi-circular tooth members and straight tooth members 15 is fixed in an integrated and overlapped manner to a copying plate 8, and the copying plate 8 is connected in a flexible manner to a center shaft 2 which is vertically provided on a working table A through an external cylinder and is provided with a control means at the lower end through a regulator 5, and a proximity switch is provided with a shaft of a transmission gear 25 engaged with the assembled gear 12, enabling the forward/reverse rotation of a motor. In addition, a pair of a transmission shaft 27 and a working shaft 28 having a grinding belt and a polishing belt and a transmission means to tilt and reciprocate these shafts horizontally through a rotor are arranged corresponding to the uneven surface to be machined of a work C supported by the gear receiving plate 4 through a supporting rod 11. |
