PURPOSE:To improve the capacity to pulverize fibrous garbage by finely cutting the fibrous garbage, such as skins of corn and skins of green soybeans. CONSTITUTION:A casing 3 is internally provided with a rotating plate 18 which receives the garbage charged from a charge port 17 in the upper part of the casing and is rotated by a motor 6. Cutters 20 are projected and formed in a diametral direction of the outer peripheral part of this rotating plate 18. Swing hammers 21 for pulverizing the garbage are mounted to the upper part of the rotating plate 18 and a cylindrical stationary blade 24 formed with vertical grooves 23 on its inside wall is disposed to enclose the outer periphery of the rotating plate 18. Notched grooves 25 to be rotatably fitted with the cutters 20 of the rotating plate 18 are formed on the inside wall of this stationary blade 24. |
