PURPOSE:To provide an ethylene copolymer compsn. improved in melt tension, flowability in a high shear range, transparency, mechanical strength and blocking resistance, by using 2 kinds of specific ethylene-alpha-olefin copolymers. CONSTITUTION:(A) 5-95wt.% ethylene-3-20C a-olefin copolymer having a density (d) of 0.880 to 0.940g/cm<3>, an intrinsic viscosity (zetaA, in decalin at 135 deg.C) of 1.0 to 10.0dl/g, a Tm vs. d relationship: Tm<400Xd-250 [wherein Tm ( deg.C) is a temp. at the maximum peak in an endothermic curve measured with a differential scanning calorimeter], an MT vs. MFR relationship: MT>2.2XMFR<-0.84> [wherein MT (g) is a melt tension at 190 deg.C, and MFR is a melt flow rate at 190 deg.C], etc., is blended with (B) 5-95wt.% ethylene-3-20C alpha-olefin copolymer with d=0.910 to 0.960g/cm<3>, zetaB=0.5 to 2.0dl/g, Tm<400Xd-250, etc., provided that the A/B density ratio is at most 1, zetaA/zetaB=1 or higher, the density is 0.890 to 0.955g/cm<3>, and MFR=0.1 to 100g/10min.
