<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a soft relining material usable in the mucous membrane surface of a resin denture base by using a fluorosilicone rubber as a matrix, combining a specific organohydrogenpolysiloxane therewith and including a filler and a platinum catalyst therein. CONSTITUTION:This soft relining material is obtained by using a vinyl group- containing fluorosilicone of formula I [R<1> to R<7> are 1-8C alkyl or phenyl; R is 2-10C alkylene; R<5> is 1-8C perfluoroalkyl; (m) is >=0; (n) is >1; (m+n) is >=10 and <=10000; [n/(m+n)] is >=0.05] (e.g. a compound of formula II) as a matrix, crosslinking the matrix with an organohydrogenpolysiloxane having at least three H atoms bound to the silicon atom in the molecule (e.g. a compound of formula III) in the presence of a platinum catalyst, providing a rubber elastic body and further adding a filter thereto. This soft relining material has a moderate elasticity after curing and provides an elastic body excellent in chemical stability such as acid and oil resistance and suitably used as the soft relining material.</p> |
