A matte drafting sheet composite at least one side of which comprises a single polymeric matrix layer containing particulates to provide a matte or drafting surface and a quaternary ammonium salt of high charge density at a concentration sufficient to provide a resistivity of said matrix layer of at most about 1x1013 ohms/square.
