CONSTITUTION:A magnetic stripe 3 on which a secret number, etc., is recorded, an image region 4 in which image information of external appearance information of a holder of a card 1 is displayed, and a scramble region 5 in which cipher information converted from the image information based on a predetermined logic is displaced are formed on a base material 2 of the card 1. When the card 1 is used, the region 5 is read, reversely converted by the logic, and collated with the image information.</p> |
