摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To facilitate a connecting operation and apply it to all rubber materials except NBR by interposing polyethylene having special molecular weight and formed of a deleting system as a thermally vulcanized connecting material, and integrally connecting it. CONSTITUTION:Ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene 11 containing 100,000 or greater of molecular weight and manufactured by a filmlike deleting system as a thermally vulcanized connecting material is interposed on one connecting surface 10a of an endless connecting part 5. A connecting surface 10b of the other endless connecting part 2 is polymerized, and heated and pressurized at a special temperature (e.g. 160-170 deg.C) for a specific time (5-30min). Thus, the polyethylene 11 is melted and integrally vulcanized to be adhered. In case where a part 6 to be repaired is conducted, ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene powder 12 containing 100,000 or more of molecular weight and manufactured by a deleting system is used. Thus, a connecting operation of a connecting part and a repairing part of a conveyor belt is facilitated in a short time.</p>
