PURPOSE:To reduce a time occupied by a molding equipment and shorten a molding cycle time to enhance the productivity in the production of a plastic magnet roll and enable the same mold to cope with the production of a magnet roll having different magnetic characteristics. CONSTITUTION:A mold 28 can be loaded on/unloaded from a molding equipment 20. After a magnet material is injected to the mold 28, the mold 28 is unloaded from the molding equipment 20. Thereafter, the molded piece is cooled, set, and removed from the mold 28 A production device therefor is so constituted that the mold 28 and an orienting device 24 are separated from each other in function and configuration. In this constitution, magnetic characteristics can be changed commonly using the mold 28 by adjusting the orienting device 24. |
