PURPOSE:To provide a method of producing a laminate, capable or producing the same by reduced number of processes and having a high yield of materials. CONSTITUTION:A method of producing a laminate having a foamed layer formed between a core material and a skin layer has a process of molding a core material 26 in a pair of molds whose balancing is maintained and a process of forming a cavity 28 between the core material 26 and the mold 5 by relative movement between the molds whose balancing is maintained, including the replacement of one of the molds or partial movement, with the core material 26 remaining in the mold 15. The method also has a process of injecting and packing a foaming material 30, whose foaming is suppressed by an injection pressure, in the cavity 28. By including the process of forming a foamed layer 32 between a skin layer 33 cooled and hardened on the mold surface and the core material 26 by a method of the relative movement between the molds, which includes the partial movement wherein an actual pressurizing force to be applied to the foaming material 30 is controlled to a predetermined value while the balancing is maintained, a laminate can be produced by reduced number of processes, and the yield of materials is thus improved. |
