PURPOSE:To determine reliably opening of a valve body arranged in an orifice passage in a device by using a valve driving mechanism arranged on an outer wall of the device. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical side plate 3 is arranged to form closed space by connecting opening ends of a pair of container shape elastic chamber walls 1 and 2 to each other. A pair of liquid chambers A and B are partitioned by a partition plate 4 crossing inside space of the side plate 3, and an orifice passage F whose both ends are opened in the respective liquid chambers A and B, is formed in the side plate 3, and a valve body 5 to change a cross-sectional area of the passage is arranged in the middle. A valve driving mechanism 6 is arranged on the outer periphery of the side plate 3, and a valve operating body 61 extending from this is passed penetratingly through the side plate 3, and is joined to the valve body 5. Since the valve driving mechanism 6 and the orifice passage F are arranged in the side plate 3 being the same member, a relative position between both is not changed, so that an expected valve opening characteristic can be realized reliably. |
