With the object of stabilising vaccines and vaccine combinations containing attenuated viruses which are stored in lyophilised form in the presence of at least one lyophilisation excipient, a suitable amount of at least one product corresponding to the general formula: …… in which R1 is an oxygen atom or a sulphur atom and R2 an NH2 group or an unsaturated or saturated linear chain of the type -O-C..., -NH-C... or -C..., with hydroxyl substitutions where appropriate, is added, preferably before lyophilisation.
