The device for controlling temp. of a object made heated to the set temp. comprises a temp. controller determining the control amount of the proportional valve according to the difference of set temp. and detecting temp., time counter part, and compensator determining the compensating amount of the proportional valve according to the height of the set temp. and the detecting temp.. The proportional valve is controlled by total compensating amount checked every designated time by the compensator.
