PURPOSE:To obtain an electric wire connecting part of stable quality by providing plural electric wires with their entwining parts in part and then applying thermo compression bonding thereto, thereby increasing the force of peeling. CONSTITUTION:Thick electric wires E1 and fine electric wires E2 are being mixed. An insulating cover at the end of each electric wire is removed to expose the parts Ea1, Ea2 of a conductor wire. Next, the part Ea2 of a conductor wire of the electric wire E2 forming a part of the plural electric wires and the part Ea1 of a conductor wire of the electric wire E1 which is adjacent thereto and extended in the same direction as that thereof are set side by side and then twisted from the tip end near to the base end to provide their entwining part Ek. After that, all the parts Ea1, Ea2 of a conductor wire involving their entiwining part Ek are made up into a bundle and then held between top and bottoms electrodes 2, 1, and electricity is conducted between the electrodes 1, 2, with pressure being applied therebetween for thermo compression bonding. Thereby, even when the electric wire E2 is pulled so as to peel off, the points of starting separation are dispersed in the direction of the length of the entwining parts to increase the force of peeling. |
