PURPOSE:To measure, over a wide band, the intermodulation occurring when a jamming wave is given to a transmitter. CONSTITUTION:The title device is constructed of an isolator 102 connected to the output end of an oscillator 101, a memory 107 storing a waveform on the screen of a spectrum analyzer 106, a data processing part 108 applying comparative computation to data drawn in the memory 107, and a divider 104 connected to the output of the isolator 102, the output of an object 110 of a test and the spectrum analyzer 106. Moreover, it is so constructed as to comprise a first 2:1 coaxial switch 103 positioned between the isolator 102 and the divider 104 and a second 2:1 coaxial switch 105 positioned between the divider 104 and the object 110 of the test. |
