PURPOSE:To eliminate the need to use an exclusive request terminal device or a request terminal device under the control of a specific network and to simplify facilities by sending a process request to the electronic computer system through a general telephone set. CONSTITUTION:A requesting person dials the dialing code of the telephone office that the electronic computer system 10 belongs to by using the nearby general telephone set 7 which is not under the control of the dedicated network of the electronic computer system 10. Once the line is connected, an acceptance part 1 is actuated output a voice message for making the user of the telephone set 7 to input a password. The user of the telephone set 7 inputs the password, which is inspected by the acceptance part 1; when it is judged that the user is an adequate person, the acceptance time and requesting person's name are sent to a job decision part 2. The job decision part 2 after storing the acceptance time and requesting person's name sent from the acceptance part 1 sends a voice message to the requesting person so that the requesting person inputs a desired transaction. |
