PURPOSE:To provide a document processor which inputs and confirms the document storing forms before and after a document is updated and then can prevent such mistakes that the updating processing is wasted and the original document is destructed. CONSTITUTION:The document processor preparing and updating the documents on a display screen 5 by the input of operations is provided with an input means 4 which instructs the input of a scheduled storing form of an updated document when the updating of the document is started, a storage means 3 which stores the scheduled storing form of the document instructed by the means 4, and a deciding means 2 which compares the scheduled storing form stored in the means 3 with the storing form inputted again after an updating operation and decides the coincidence or discordance between both forms. If the coincidence of forms is decided by the means 2, the document is processed in the instructed storing form. If not, the discordance is shown on the screen 5. |
