PICTURE PROCESSOR

摘要

PURPOSE:To provide the means which changes color information in an arbitrary area of a picture without designating the color to be changed in this area and the color density after the change with respect to the picture color processing method. CONSTITUTION:A picture whose color features should be converted is inputted in a picture input part 1. The inputted picture has a partial area designated by an area designating part 3. Color features in the designated partial area are detected by a color feature detecting part 4, and a color feature area including the color features is detected in accordance with detected color features and picture data by a color feature area detecting part 6, and color features in this area are converted by a color feature conversion part 6.
