PURPOSE:To provide different display sizes with a small quantity of mask data with respect to the display management system which segments display data into an arbitrary form to display it. CONSTITUTION:A frame memory 7 for display and a mask memory 8 are provided, and display data in the frame memory 7 for display is masked based on mask data in the mask memory 8, and display data is displayed on a display device 10 in a form defined by mask data. This display system is provided with a mask data inequality storage part 6', where an inequality for expansion of mask data is stored, and a mask memory expansion control part 2, which expands mask data in the mask memory 8 based on this inequality, and expands mask data in the mask memory based on the inequality in the mask data inequality storage part 6' and masks display data in the frame memory 7 for display by mask data to display it. |
