MANUFACTURE OF MN-ZN SYSTEM FERRITE

摘要

PURPOSE:To provide a method of manufacturing Mn-Zn ferrite consisting of a dense sintered material having fine crystal particles in which improvement in saturated magnetic flux density and initial permeability is achieved by controlling generation, in the sintered material, of different phases except for the spinel phase such as hematite phase or the like. CONSTITUTION:A sintered material of Mn-Zn ferrite consisting of single spinel phase by previously adding a reduction agent to a raw material powder, reducing the interior of a compressed molded object at the time of sintering the compressed molded object to adjust a partial pressure of oxygen (dropping a partial pressure of oxygen in the gas within the compressed molded object) and then eliminating the hematite phase.
