PURPOSE:To surely prevent the omission of the head synchronizing pulse of a synchronizing signal and the erasion of the corresponding head data. CONSTITUTION:A memory 2 is provided to store a serial signal SIN together with a selector 1 which selects the output signal SD of the memory 2 or the signal SIN to output it, a data/synchronizing signal output circuit 3 which extracts the dividing and data parts out of the output signal Ss of the selector 1, generates a synchronizing pulse for each dividing part to output a synchronizing signal CK, and also outputs the data included in the data part as a data signal So in parallel to the signal CK, and a control circuit 4 which outputs the signal SIN including the data part that couldn't be extracted from the memory 2 and also selects the signal SD of the memory 2 through a selector 1 when a fact that the extraction of the data part is failed is detected. |
