PURPOSE:To prevent influences to low-order circuits at the time of switching by switching the output signals of plural main oscillators, which frequencies are not synchronized, while matching phases. CONSTITUTION:First and second variable phase shifters 5a and 5b are connected to the output side of first and second main oscillators 1a and 1b, these respective variable phase shifters 5a and 5b are controlled by the detection signals of phase detectors 6a and 6b so that the phase of an output signal on the side of the main oscillator on standby can be synchronized with the phase of an output signal from the active side main oscillator, and the output signals are switched at certain timing so as not to skip the phases at the time of switching. |
