PURPOSE:To improve the quality of a reproduced voice signal even when a present frame is a bad frame with information omitted. CONSTITUTION:When the present frame is the bad frame and some interpolation processing is not performed, a voice is instantaneously absent and the quality of the reproduced voice signal is degraded. The information of frames in the past can be utilized for the interpolation but even in this case, the interpolation is not satisfactorily performed and the quality of the reproduced voice signal is degraded sometimes. Therefore, when the present frame is the bad frame, an interpolation processing part 23a interpolates the information of the present frame by using the information of frames in the past and future rather than the present frame, and the quality of the reproduced voice signal is improved by performing decoding processing while using the interpolation information. |
