PURPOSE:To effectively use all the fed air by diffusing the air fed to an inverted L-shaped diffuser member only from a necessary horizontal part. CONSTITUTION:An upward diffuser 15 is provided at a peripheral wall of a duct 14 disposed on or in the vicinity of a floor 12. A lower end of a vertical part 21 of a permeable cloth inverted L-shaped diffuser member 16 is connected to the diffuser 15. The part 21 of the member 16 is coated with permeation preventive material 41. |
