PURPOSE:To provide an in-cell ATP measuring device that allows measuring of ATP amount of both somatic cell and microorganism cell with ease and in a short time without causing error attributable to operators by performing automatic preprocessing and extraction operations with an object sample instead of manual operation by an operator. CONSTITUTION:An entire cell extraction cell 28, a somatic cell extraction cell 29, a means that supplies these cells 28 and 29 with a cell suspended liquid 5, a means that injects entire cell extraction reagent 3 and somatic cell extraction reagent 4 into the supplied cell suspended liquid 5, a means that injects light emission reagent 1 into the obtained entire cell extraction reagent and somatic cell extraction, a chemical light emission detector 30 that detects amount of light emission of the entire cell extraction reagent and somatic cell extraction reagent, and a computer 32 are provided, and the computer 32 controls operation of respective parts. With this, manual operation by an operator is not required, so objective is attained.
