PURPOSE:To provide a certificate automatic issuing device which can improve its processing efficiency by eliminating a need for a user to wait for the issue of a certificate in front of the issuing device and also enables another user to quickly input an issuing request for a certificate. CONSTITUTION:A certificate automatic issuing device 1 consists of an instructing unit A with which a user instructs his desired certificate and a certificate take- out unit B with which the user receives the produced certificate. On the unit A side, the user ID of a magnetic card is read by a card reader 4A. Then an operating method for issue of the certificate is displayed on a CRT 3A and the user inputs an instruction through a tough panel for issue of his desired certificate. On the unit B side, a card reader 4B identifies the user who gave an instruction to the unit A and the pertinent user prints and delivers the certificate the pertinent user instructs to the pertinent unit A by a laser printer 20 for the identified user. |
