PURPOSE:To reduce the burden of an operator and also to prevent the operator from forgetting the data by transmitting automatically and quickly the untransmitted data on the commodity register information stored in a commodity register information temporary file after the recovery of a fault of transmission. CONSTITUTION:A commodity register information temporary file 5 stores the untransmitted data. Then the transmission state is monitored every time the commodity register information record is sent to a master device 1. If an untransmittable state is confirmed, the untransmitted data are written in the file 5. Then it is checked whether the data are stored in the file 5 or not after a fault of transmission is recovered and a power supply is applied again. If the data are stored in the file 5, all data stored in the file 5 are set to the device 1. The file 5 is cleared after the end of transmission. |
