PURPOSE:To provide a picture specification preparing device which improves the efficiency of picture specification preparation. CONSTITUTION:The picture specification preparing device provided with an input device 1 for the input of data required for picture specification preparation, a display device 2 used for picture specification preparation, a printer 3 used for print of prepared picture specifications, and a processor 6 for control of these devices is provided with a setting means which sets the picture definition data of picture specifications, a storage means 5 where the common format of picture specifications is preliminarily stored, and a means which prepares common picture specifications, where pictures defined by picture definition data are built in the common format, based on picture definition data set by the setting means and the common format stored in the storage means 5 and displays it on the display device 2. |
