PURPOSE:To completely prevent gas from passing between a valve and a valve seat, facilitate the installation work of valves, and improve the productivity of the whole body of a gas discharging structure. CONSTITUTION:A valve 1 is installed in a valve space 21a by being sandwiched between a step part 31 and a valve holding frame 5 wherein the circumferential part 11 of the step part 31 is formed in a valve seat 3 in the surrounding of the valve space 21a.
