PURPOSE:To simply obtain a seal impression image for approval on a circulation document without using any hardware exclusive for stamping of a seal impression by reading the circulation document out of a circulation recording means and acquiring the seal impression image of a user himself out of a seal impression storing means to write the seal impression image into the circulation recording means. CONSTITUTION:A transmitter 1 takes the user IDs of his own and the circulating destination out of a user ID data base 4 and also takes a document ID out of a document ID data base 5 respectively when a document is produced. Then the transmitter 1 produces a circulation document and transmits the circulation user ID and the document ID by electronic mails. A receiver 2 receives the circulation information by an electronic mail and takes the corresponding circulation document data out of a document ID file data base 6 based on the document ID written in the electronic mail. Then the receiver 2 reads the document and takes the seal impression image out of the seal impression data stored in a seal impression image data base 7 based on the seal impression image ID of the receiver 2 himself stored in the base 4. Then the seal impression image data are put into the base 6. |
