<p>PURPOSE:To make the relief of a drawing out guide possible by a limiter mechanism with a large relieving stroke at the time when an abnormal tension due to the runaway of a tape is generated and also to automatically allow the limiter mechanism to restore to the original state by an unloading operation. CONSTITUTION:The connection is made between a drawing out arm 21 provided with the drawing out guide at the tip and a driving arm 35. Through links 39, 40, and the limiter mechanism 45 is provided on the outer circumference of a pin 36 connecting the driving arm 35 and the link 39. This limiter mechanism 45 is constituted so as to be capable of connecting/separating the driving arm 35 to/from the link 39, and a stopper 44a is provided to make the drawing out arm 21 abut on the position where the unloading is completed.</p> |
