<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the disturbance of a screen at a switching part for a tape speed at the time of reproducing. CONSTITUTION:A speed designating signal outputted from a video recording mode switching section 6 is delayed by a delay circuit 15 and inputted to a tape speed control section 7. When the speed designating signal is inputted, a CTL recording circuit control section 14 controls so as to thin out or excess sively generate a control signal outputted from a CTL recording circuit 8 during the delay time. Because of the fact, the control signal is recorded in a tape with time interval indicated by the speed designating signal before rotating speed of a capstan motor 1 is changed by a tape speed control section 7. Therefore, a time lag in which the tape speed control section 7 discriminates a reproducing tape speed based on reproducing interval of the control signal can be absorbed at the time of reproducing, and disturbance of a screen is prevented by coinciding a change point of the tape speed in recording with a change point of the tape speed in reproducing.</p> |
