<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a toner even the small-grain-diameter toner capable of being uniformly charged by forming a uniformly chargeable resin layer on the toner surface. CONSTITUTION:A releasing agent layer consisting of the fine grain is provided on the surface of the core grain consisting essentially of a colorant and a thermoplastic resin, and a chargeable resin layer is formed on the outermost layer to completely cover the releasing agent. Consequently, contact of the agents or contact of the agent with a photosensitive body is prevented on the toner, the fluidity and transferability of the toner are not lowered, the photosensitive body or carrier is not filmed with the toner or the toner is not spent, and the durability of the toner is improved. Nigrosine, azine dyes contg. a 2-16C alkyl, lake pigment of basic pigment, etc., are used as an electrostatic charge control agent. The weight ratio of the releasing agent fine grain to chargeable resin is preferably controlled to 100:1 to 100:20.</p> |
